Objective
Increase the visa's credit card customers portfolio.
Strategy
A way to innovate with the customer in mind is to design specialized niche products, as in the case of the Sultanes fans, a baseball team in Monterrey. after we did the research with data provided from the associate we met whit them to know more from the market and the database addressed to design the communication and the personality of the product.

Credit card design
We worked with the systems department to develop the Sultanes Credit Card section on the Banco Famsa website as well as the landing page for the online application that would be the platform to operate various promotions.
For this product, we made an alliance with the Sultanes club, specifically with the MLB event that would take place in Monterrey.
Along with the commercial partner, we designed an exclusive experience for credit card users, which included pre-sales for events organized by the commercial partner, exclusive box office, interest-free months on special events, and discounts at Famsa stores as well as stores operated by the commercial partner, focusing the experience entirely on the customer at every point of contact. We installed modules that emulated a bank branch to give the credit in less than 1 hour.
